On this coming Sunday we'll do a 25 km run to UCT and back, starting at the Alphen Kwikspar in Constantia at 07h00. The route takes us via Southern Cross, Monterey and Rhodes Drives to Kirstenbosch top gate, then to UCT. From there it's over the bridge at Mostert's Mill through Mowbray to Liesbeek Parkway, back alongside the Liesbeek River to Newlands, then via Claremont and Wynberg back to where we started.
